1. How to order

Once you have completed your purchase, you will get an automatic acknowledgement of receipt. Please note this receipt is only document that the order from you has arrived to us and does not form any acceptance of the order. The order confirmation will be sent by a separate email. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been send.


2. Prices

All prices quoted are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included.


3. Payments & Online-Security accepts payment by PayPal or direct bank transfer. If you prefer to pay with a credit card, you will have an option in the PayPal login screen without having an account. Payments made from outside of Germany have to be free of charge for marklmiura.

Payment via PayPal 
If you have a PayPal account, during the process you will log in your account using your e-mail address and the password then activate the payment via PayPal’s online service.If you prefer to pay with a debit or credit card, you will have an option in the login screen without having an account. Your bank and credit details are stored only by PayPal and do not entered again when ordering from marklmiura,com. Once the transaction has made, you will receive an email from PayPal to confirm your transaction.

Payment via bank transfer 
You will receive our bank details during the checkout process once you have selected “Direct bank transfer” as a payment method. Please transfer the full amount after placing your order, quoting the order ID and your name as the payment reference.
Any transfer cost such as bank expenses or other fees are to be covered by customer.

SSL Technology 
Your data transfer is protected by a secure SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer), which guarantees that your orders and personal details, including credit card and bank account information are sent securely via the internet. During the transmission of data it is thus not possible for third parties to gain access to this data or to manipulate it. 4. Delivery & Shipping costs

How long does it take to receive my order? 
The purchased products will be shipped on regular working days in Germany, Monday to Friday. Our products are shipped by Deutsche post or DHL. After the merchandise has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirming shipment.

  • National shipment (within Germany) 
    For shipments within Germany all products are sent via postal service within seven work days in Germany after full receipt of payment.
    2,50 euro 500g or less
    5,00 euro  more than 500g
  • Shipment for EU countries*
    For shipment within the European Union, all products will be shipped within nine working days after full receipt of payment.
    5,60 euro 500g or less
    17,00 euro more than 500g
  • Shipment for other countries 
    For shipment outside of the European Union, all products will be shipped within 20 days.

    24,00 euro more than 500g

The weight include packages.
If custom fees occur, these must be paid by the customer.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the “Track your order” menu on the top right corner of the web site. The Order ID is attached to your shipping confirmation email.

5. Information about right of revocation & Sample revocation form

The customer has the right to cancel this contract in text form (for example a letter or e-mail) or by phone within fourteen days without specifying any reasons. The customer may also use the attached revocation form, but is not obliged to do so. The deadline starts after the receipt of this instruction in text form, but not prior to receipt of the products at the addressee (at the recurrent delivery of similar products not prior to receipt of the first part-delivery) and also not prior to fulfillment of marklmiura’s legal information duties. In order to maintain the cancellation period it is sufficient to dispatch the revocation in due time. The revocation needs to be addressed to:

In the event of a valid revocation, the payments or products received by both parties are to be restored. If the customer is either wholly or partly unable to restore the products received or can restore them only in an impaired condition, the customer shall insofar have to pay compensation for the value. The customer must only pay for any depreciation in the value of the products received if this depreciation in value is due to handling the products in a manner which goes beyond the testing of the characteristics and functioning. “Testing the characteristics and functioning” means testing and trying out the products as it would have been possible and common in a shop. Products consignable by parcel shipment may be returned at our risk. The return costs are borne by the customer. Items which cannot be shipped as a parcel will be collected from the customer. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The deadline begins for the customer with the dispatch of the revocation or the products, for marklmiura, with their reception.

6. Product care

Cotton-Linen Canvas bag ( PAPA BAG, TOTE BAG )
We don’t advise washing the bags but surface dirt can be brushed off when it’s dry. Allow any mud to dry and then gently brush off with a soft fabric. Sponge gently with a damp cloth if needed.

Colour of leather handles and shoulder strap will be changed and darken with use, these tend to be bag’s characteristics. They are intended to be worn and they will improve with age. Leather isn’t waterproof. Oil, grease and ink are nearly impossible to remove. Fresh stains such as spilled liquids or food should be cleaned up immediately with a damp cloth or leather cleaner.
